Crop Circle is a great band from Davenport that combine several different
types of music. While somewhat reminiscent of Coal Chamber, Crop
Circle is slightly heavier. Their heavy music is fueled by their
hate for christianity. Check it out for yourself at the Real Audio

Hoth Wompa is an all out Death Metal band from the state of Iowa.
If you think that they can't play just because they're from Iowa, then
just listen to the Real Audio clip below and flush all of your stereotypes
down the crapper. Hoth Wompa can compete with the likes of Cannibal
Corpse and Napalm Death in my humble opinion. As far as creativity
goes, Hoth Wompa blows away many other common death bands.
